Resolved Computer Opens to Desktop then This PC Opens Automatically.

    When I Start or Restart my HP dv4-2167sb. The desktop appears then the blue circle starts and in a few seconds This PC opens automatically. Can't figure out where to go to stop it or fix it.

    Are there any shortcuts in the "Startup" folder?
    C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

    Already tried both. They didn't work. Found a hidden Epson Printer Registration folder in Startup. Deleted it and that seems to have fixed the problem. I'll mark this thread Solved. I'll reopen this thread if it happens it again.
