I have created a report to print labels. I found the manufacturers number (Maco ML-3000) for the label I wanted and created the design for the label. It was well within the size 1 x 2.625

When the labels printed, they were about 1/32 too large vertically so that by the time they got to the bottom, they were about 1/4" below the split between the labels. The label sheet actually has the right size label by measure

I checked several things and did it over again twice but it made no difference

In addition: The label sheet holds 3 across by 10 down but only printed 9 rows leaving one blank row. I can still use the sheet for individual labels but it should not do this

It looks like you're using MS Office. I looked at my MS 2000, it has the template for the labels your using. Why not use that instead of creating one?

Suggestion does not sound as it is what I want.

First, I have MS Office XP not MS Office. If the Access is not the same, it should be

Did you try using the "Label Wizard" within Access?
