   the task bar on my Toshiba Satellite laptop is flickering and reflecting the menu bar at the top of the screen.I have done a lot of research and tried a lot of suggestion but nothing works. not sure this has happened to anyone before. but I would appreciate some assistance with this problem

   Hi Princiep2nd, Welcome to Windowsbbs!
   
   The first thing I would try would be to Perform a clean boot in Windows and see if the same issue occurs.
   
   Did this problem happen recently? Have you made any changes to your system before this problem occurred?
