Resolved Can't Log Onto Freenode With New Nick And Password Via Mirc

I just registered a new nick and password with Freenode. The registration went smoothly and I received the email with what I had to type in to finalize it. I did this with no trouble. However, when I put my new and PW into mIRC's connection preferences and then actually try to connect, I get this error message.

If I connect via IRC Droid on my tablet with the exact same nick and password, I'm able to get on. Why would I be able to log on from my tablet and not from my computer?

 

So, my ISP has been blacklisted. Nice of them. Well, there are other servers.
