    Hi
When ever I start a graphics program e.g. Photodelux, Irfranview, Mirascan(scanning Software) or others I get a dialogue box with this message

'One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found' C:\Projects\LegoType\Driver\debug\driver.dll11000

I click it (OK)and then everything works as normal. How can I stop this annoying dialogue box appearing
    Thanks
    Lewis

Mystifying! Run an anti-virus scan whilst I rack (wreck?) my brain trying to come up with a more constructive suggestion!

Never mind. There were 35 posts that I found on Google groups and they give no answers. You are on 98 se and they were talking about logging on as an admin on WinNT. Sorry...:)

    Reinstall LegoType.
Custom uninstall if needed, leaving THAT one file in place.
    Shoddy software....

Do you have a kid for whom you had installed Lego game?

Lego...the little building block toy. The Computer game is similar , you can build stuff on the screen. It saves the picture.

YOur graphics playback is looking for that picture connection when it boots up. Somehow it's locked in.

If you still have the LEGO game on the computer, then I think what is being recommended is to Re-install it. If you don't want it anymore, then reinstall it and then uninstall it.

If1 you don't have it anymore, then you can try these unrelated efforts:

    1) Go to Control Panel, ADD/REMOVE and select LEGO to uninstall.

    2) Open your IRFAN VIEW and check the file associations. Is there a listing for Legotype? or any such referance to Lego? If so, delete (uncheck) that association.

    3) Go to a regular yellow folder. Click on VIEW then OPTIONS
A 3-tab file folder pops up. Select FILE TYPES

Scroll down till you find LEGO referances.
Click on that referance just to highlight it blue.
and select REMOVE (on the right of the box)

    lego

Thanks David for your reply, I have tried without success your suggestions except the lego game install and reinstall. I will see if the lego game is here, it may have been on a cereal pack and I may have tried it for the kids. I don't remember but I did try a couple of those games with limited success
    Thanks again
    Lewis
