Resolved Windows Update

I have been trying to update my Windows 10. I keep getting the following error:

"There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070422) "

All I can find online is a "Wiki-Errors Repair Tool" but don't just want to download and run a utility that I don't know anything about.

Any suggestions?

Thank you so much. The Troubleshooter was useless but the manual method to start the service worked like a champ.
