Resolved Right click delay in Win 10

I have just updated my desktop computer from win 7 to win 10 and I am having a problem with a delay and a circle showing by the pointer when I right click a file or a drive in explorer I have tried the solution that worked for my laptop but it does not work on my desktop, I also tried disabling my antivirus but it made no difference the method I used for my laptop can be found here http://www.eightforums.com/performan...lag-my-pc.html

This problem has appeared on my desktop computer after updating to Win 10 and the fix that resolved it for my laptop did not resolve it for my desktop so it is really another problem on a different computer

 

Would you please take the time to explain thoroughly exactly what you have in your Desktop comp and if you have any peripherals connected/operating?

 

I followed the instructions on this website https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWtH6ZtlSm8 and it seems to have resolved the problem.
