Resolved VLC subtitles not work.

    When playing videos the function of subtitles is no longer functioning. Caption is now greyed out. I have checked VLC Preferences, it appears to be correct but would appreciate any help to make this option active again.

    Thank you for response. I checked VLC for latest version, this show version installed is the latest. Bobby.

    Do ALL videos have subtitles built into them?

    Or are you asking about videos where you've seen subtitles before?

    Unknown reason, subtitles has been restored without any alterations by me. One video remains with subtitle icon grayed out and maybe this means no subs are installed for this title. Thanks Bobby.
