I recently changed Internet data providers.
When I went to my Incredimail I had lost ALL MY folders and ALL emails for 2015

I had backed up my emails but have not been able to retrieve them as the process says I do not have enough disk space, which is a load of rubbish.

Surely they have to be on my HD and I have tried using Recuva software but no luck at this stage.

Thought I'd throw this out there as I am going around the bend and using my limited amount of data Googling for answers.

    HAPPY EASTER
    Roy

There two main methods of getting mail-> Pop3 and IMAP

With IMAP - the mail is always on the server and not your local computer... If your email account was IMAP AND you were using an account from your old ISP then yeppers - you've lost them. They might maybe be able to help you out if you contact them.

    Hi Steve,
Thanks for your reply, I appreciate that.
Given that I have stored the Data & settings on my Laptop and external HD I am of the persuasion that all the information I "lost" is retrievable with an appropriate software program.
Is that not a possibility ?
