error cominng before ctrl+alt+del

Hello

I have win2000 Advance server. When I entered into it ask me
to press crl+alt+del , but before that it gives me a message
"At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use event viewer to examine the event log for details "

but the problem when i right click on my computer and clicked on show devices i did not find any yellow marked symbol on my resoures (modem,display card). than why it is giving me the message

and how to remove that message

 

Details of the error can be found in Event Viewer under Administrative Tools. This should name the problem driver, etc.

 

And you are running Advanced Server because?
