Hey everyone, I have a workstation that when I turn on the computer, the screen won't appear. It sounds like the computer boots properly, I have even installed a new video card. Any suggs?

Try the monitor on another workstation to see if it works. Check cable connections, power plug etc.

    Natedoggy,
Any screen in Safe Mode ?
If so, any exclamation marks in
    Control Panel/System ?
If nothing in safe mode, anything on the monitor when PC booted from a floppy ?
    regards

I think you have a dead monitor. There is a circuit that works with the power management on your computer, which will allow your computer to shut the monitor off. I believe this is your problem, it is not recognizing that it should be on.
