Resolved SmartHeap Library

    I have dual Harddrive.
    One runs 8 & the other XP.Which I only use for my
    Tiger Woods Golf games.
    yesterday when I went to play Tiger Woods 2004. It froze.
    I had to ctrl,alt,delete to unfreeze it.
    In the box it says SmartHeap Library.

    Nothing else.
    I tried system restore & also uninstall & reinstall the program.
    Still no good.
    Yet it still plays Tiger Woods 2005 & 2008 no problem.

    Any Advice out there ??

    Have you tried http://help.ea.com/en/
    This is the place I went to when my 2005 didn't work properly. It needed an update. Cheers Neil.

    How when and where are you seeing the SmartHeap Library message?

    Is there additional information that goes with it so when you do a Google search you' be able to pin point it?

    When I load it, it freezes everything.
    I have ctrl,alt,delete to bring up a box that says
    Tiger Woods PGA 2004 Running
    SmartHeap Library Running

    I have to cancel that to get anything going again.

    Yet 2005 & 2008 still work perfectly ???

    I deleted & reloaded the games & they all work now.
    Don't know what the hiccup was.
