    Dear forum people,

About 4 or 5 days ago I have installed Bitdefender Security 2015. 2 Days ago the laptop asked for to restart the laptop for automatics update. So i have restarted my laptop and after the restart something went wrong. I always get an error about saying that the pc is not able to repair/restore automatically. When I look at the details off the diagnose it says: Essential file C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\gzflt.sys for starting is corrupted/damaged.

I have looked all over the internet about this problem, the only thing i have found out is that the error is from bitdefender. I have recently contact with the bitdefender support and they tell me to use the uninstall tool to fix this problem, but to execute the uninstall tool i need display to use that file en click on it. Than they say to boot it in safe mode with network, but this also doesn't work. When i boot in safe mode with network it still promp the error.

Also I have a question about the gzflt.sys file. How does it arise? I have installed bitdefender on 2 laptops of mine, does it mean that the two other laptop also get this error?

Excuse me for my bad english

I hope some of you guys have a solution too this, otherwise i have to reinstall it and miss my important files.

NOTE 1. Use another working computer to download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. Use USB flash drive to transfer it from good computer to the bad one.
NOTE 2. Install Panda USB Vaccine, or BitDefender’s USB Immunizer on GOOD computer to protect it from any infected USB device.

For x32 (x86) bit systems download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 32-Bit and save it to a flash drive.
For x64 bit systems download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64-Bit and save it to a flash drive.

Plug the flashdrive into the infected PC.
