Resolved [Greeting card programs no longer print]

I have an American Greeting and Blue Mountain "create and print" greeting card programs. For whatever reason, both have stopped working. That is when I go to Personalize and Print . . . nothing happens. I presume something is stopping the progress but do not know where to look.

 

I don't know about your card program but have you checked to make sure your printer is 'on-line' and is set to default printer? Neil.

 

Oh yea. I think it has to do with a conflict. Maybe Java, or Shockwave because my computer seems to load pages a bit slower than it did before. Being the weekend, I haven't heard from American Greetings yet.

 

Disable Java and Shockwave if you think they are conflicting. Does your printer work printing a test page? Neil.

Well a simple problem deserves a simple answer. I tried the program again and decided to turn on my second monitor for whatever reason and lo and behold there is the "next page ". Why it transposed to that monitor is beyond me but I closed it out on the main screen and have no more problem. Thanks
