Whenever I click on a screen with a spinning circle, the screen becomes opaque, and computer freezes (not responding). After awhile, a few minutes, screen becomes normal and computer runs normally. Why?

Hi Rick2U. Can you please provide more information about your issue? What do you mean by a screen with a spinning circle? Does the computer freeze randomly or can you reproduce the behavior on demand?

Its the spinning circle that appears when a file is loading (shows that its loading). Sometimes when I re-click on a file that's taking too long to open, the spinning circle appears. If I click again, the screen goes opaque and the computer doesn't respond to any command (even closing the window, or shutting down the computer). I just have to wait.

Please download Autoruns. After you download the zipped folder on your desktop, right click the zipped folder and click Extract All. After the folder has been extracted open the regular folder. Run the autoruns.exe program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When you open the program click the Logon Tab and then post a screenshot of all the startup entries in your next reply.
