    Hey everyone!
    When I was one my computer on day, I got all frustrated because my microphone wasnt working. SO! I was very clumsily clicking all over the place, and I un-installed whatever it was that made my computer have sound PERIOD! I can't play music! I dont have any audio what so ever! I'm so totally and completely lost! If there is anything that you might know what to do PLEASE! help me!! I WANT MY SOUND BACK!:eek:

    Have you tried start, help, type "troubleshooting" sound?

    yes i have tried that..but nothing seems to work! When i get to one thing...and it says something about a device with a cricle and a yellow exclamation point in it, that means somethings wrong. Well i get to there and when i try to "re-install a driver" as it says...it says it cannot find one! and it wont ever work! PLEASE! some one help me!:(

    Need some specs. Sound card? If you know what kind. Go up the manufacturer's site and download the driver. Or do a search on Google for the driver. Post back good or bad.

    Have you gone to device manager.....removed your sound (the one with the yellow exclamation mark).....and rebooted to see if Windows re-detects it?
