Resolved My Facebook name and picture is hacked

Hi,
I am not sure if I am posting in the correct category but I will give it a try.

A friend sent me a notice that someone has hacked my facebook account. They apparently are using my picture and name to deliver their messages.

I have been researching Facebook on how to report a fake account that's pretending to be me. They say go to the imposter profile, click ... on the cover photo and select REPORT.

I cannot for the life of me find the imposter profile. I have search the web but nothing seems to help.

Hopefully you can give me the instructions to report this fake account.

Tell your friend to send you a link to the account.

 

I think they reported it and I haven't heard from anyone today about it so maybe it is fixed. I also changed my password too. I'll let you know.

Yes my friend reported it and she said the site was closed down. I am so happy that it didn't stay up for a long time. Thanks for the help.
