No DLL extensions were loaded

I have read thru the frequently asked questions and searched the archives. I'm now trying here to see if anyone can help.

My wife and I both have Palm IIIxe's. We use the Franklin Planner software. I installed the software from my desktop and it works fine when I hotsync to and from my palm.

Where my problem lies is when on my wifes desktop. When I click on the Franklin Planner in Start/Programs/Franklin Planner I get an error message that says, "No DLL extensions were loaded." When I hotsync her palm it seems to do this fine. The log in her palm says everthing went ok. I just can't access that info on her desktop.

I know this is palm related and I might need to find other sources for help, but maybe someone can at least help me with the error message, "No DLL extensions were loaded," problem.
