I just had to handle my cousin's Toshiba laptop with the same/similar problem. All repair/recovery options fail. The cause was a recent update from Toshiba or from Windows Update. I fixed his laptop by using system restore, selecting a restore point a week prior to the problem. Once back in Windows 8 I disabled that goofy Toshiba update software.

    Instructions from Toshiba here:

How To: Understanding System Restore, Refresh, Reset, and, Recovery options in Windows 8

    Thank you.

I have try this step but the problem i experience now is The HDD is faulty why i say this is because the hard drive boot for some mins after which it will stop. What am saying is when your hard drive start you will hear a sound from it and after few mins, the noise will absolute silent

Why not? What happens when you try to open the drive? Error message?
