I have my sister's old Dell laptop running Win XP SP3 which I will use as a backup. This laptop was part of her home network but I want to make it a part of MY home network. I changed her WORKGROUP name to my WORKGROUP name.

Running the network setup appears that I'm setting up a NEW network but I want to connect to MY existing home network (which is different from the previous home network the laptop was connected to). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: The old laptop is already up and running on MY wireless network, I just need to enable file and printer sharing so I can print to my network printer from the old laptop.

Issue resolved. I ran the wireless network setup and was able to turn on file and printer sharing. Everything seems to be working fine so far.
