    Hello,

Just one of our workstations recently began printing attachments when an email is printed. We can turn it off for that individual email by going into Print Options, but I can find nowhere to turn that option off permanently.

How can we permanently turn off this action?

    SOLUTION FOUND:

The solution is to bring up print dialog on any email with an attachment, and under the >Print Options button, deselect the box to >Print Attached Files, and then print the email. This creates a new default setting for attachments, and they will no longer print by default.

    Hope this helps someone!
