In what way specifically - does it show up in Device Manager? Has the message in HP Protect Tools changed in any way?

Go here and see if there is a fingerprint driver available - not knowing your OS I went for Windows 7 for which there is a driver.

Thanks Peter C. After i removed the BIOS Password, I set the BIOS back to Default setting also I removed every password on the system including the HP Tools. I restart the system and re-Install the HP Tools.

    Thank.

To reset the Bios i have to watch a Video on Youtube (Just search for HP BIOS Password Reset [Usage] ) and also download a Patch file from https://app.box.com/s/wdad77j00jtw1l5n73jd after download the File it was extracted and follow the procedure on the Video.

Note: The extracted file must be copy into Flash Drive

The system will be restarted and allow the system to Boot from a Flash Drive also you must have little knowledge on DOS command in other to execute or boot the computer from flash drive
