Resolved Windows no longer offers to import files from camera.

When I insert my camera or my gps unit into my computer's usb port Windows 7 no longer offers to, for example, open or import items. I have to go into My Computer and manually open the folders on those drives associated with the camera or gps. Previously, before today, a menu would pop up with a menu of options when I plugged in my camera. Today it no longer happens. Does anyone know what might have happened here? Thanks.

Thanks for your suggestion. However, after a few reboots of the computer I find that the problem has been resolved. When I connect both devices autoplay pops up and presents me with the usual options once more.
