I run several businesses and between them and personal items I have 100+ outlook folders, not counting archived folders. I have never found any way to customize the folders, so everything looks identical and therefore very difficult to find things. Hard to keep track of where you are when you have to scroll up and down through that many folders.

Anyone ever hear of a way or a utility that will allow any visual customization of outlook folders?

What version of Outlook are you using?

Not sure if I understand your statement. Are you wanting to change the visual appearance of your mail folders?

Maybe this can be of some (organizational) help...

The article describes how to create custom search folders in Outlook to make your searches faster. I've never seen this option before, but it looks intriguing.

Yes, I am looking to be able to change the look of the folders (and the fonts??). Colors, icons, SOMETHING so that all 100+ aren't exactly the same. Just like in Windows Explorer you can use icons, graphics, etc.
