 Surprised the System let it get that far!? Doesn't legacy software normally throw up loads of installation and run errors, due to different filepaths etc.

And more to the point why did you do it! :p An experiment?

I needed to print some business cards for my wife. Had been using Works Home Publishing in XP. Grandson installed Win. 7 and Office 2007. For some unknown reason, it did not have a program to print cards. I asked 3 "computer techs" if I could do this, I had plenty of space on the hard drive. They all said ok. Hope this answers your question. Best regards. Johnny

Microsoft Publisher can print business cards...that is, if it came with your version of Office 2007.

I found the solution to my keeping data on desk top. Open flash drive. find data to be saved on desk top. left click to hi light. right click then click "COPY ". go to blank space pn the desk top and right click "paste" this should put the data in a folder. Click the little blue square box at the right end of the wok bar and the data will stay in the folder when the flash drive is removed. It did for me. Many regards Johnny
