    As you may recall I am friends with a Polish family. Unfortunately Dorota had quite a bad accident recently (she's recovering and it's not life threatening).

    Anyway, I'm going to visit her shortly and would bring her a get well soon card, I thought it would be nice if the message was written in her own language (her spoken English is very good but reading is a different matter).

    Is there any chance you could post an appropriate message in Polish to write on the card?

    Something like...

    My thoughts are with you during this bleak time but you are a strong woman and it won't be long before you are fighting back stronger than ever.

    This seems to work well, however I can't verify it is correct - A simple google did the job for me.
