Adding to 'How do you want to open this file' window

I try to create Audio-Visual Presentations. In Windows 7, I used to save my audio file combined with the narration file with .ogg file extension. Now in Windows 8 I cannot open the saved .ogg file.
When I try to open the file, I am taken to the window which says "How do you want to open this file? - then clicking on "More Options" I get a list - how to I add to this list to input 'Audacity' which is the program I use to combine my music/narration file.
