    When the win freeze press CAP Lock or Window key on your keyboard if it shows no respond then. You Have to check the cooling fan on the Processor.

    Reading Microsoft Forum, this error is most common and Microsoft has been approached several times pointing out this error, Microsoft states it is not an error to be concerned with. Well members, we experiencing this error depend on one of us to solve and certainly with gratitude.

    The Windows source code is only available to Microsoft employees.

    And yes, Microsoft is not willing to recognise this fault and nothing will be done by them to rectify this error.
