Hi Guys, This is driving me nuts.
I have a window 7 PC connected directly to a Pixma iP4850, that prints everything as it should.
I have a Vista Laptop that connects to the main PC and its printer via a network through a Netgear N750 wirelessly. The PC connects to the router via an ethernet cable.
All has been well until 2 days ago when my wife tried to print a page in MS Works 8.5 from her laptop, as she has done before, and it would only print in Portrait and not landscape. I had to transfer the page from the laptop desktop to the PC desktop over the network, and print through Office 2010.
I have reset the Landscape selector in Works page setup to no avail. It is just that it only happened 2 days ago with no changes being made to the laptop (she tells me !) I didn't have system restore turned on on the laptop, but I do now.
    Any suggestions would be welcomed,
    Regards
    David D

    Ok Guys,
I have been trying everything I could think of to get this sorted. I decided eventually to remove the drivers and the Cannon software and re installed it all, on the Vista Laptop, reconnected to the network and now it is working again. Can't imagine what the cause was, driver error perhaps, but at least I can relax again, untill the next time!
    Thanks for looking
    Regards
    DD
