When I started my computer, my internet wasn't working. I have a Netgear router and used Genie to try and fix it but found another Netgear router. Mine is Netgear67 and the other is Netgear86. I turned off my modem and router and started again and it connected okay. However, I soon got a pop-up from Windows stating the above "another computer on this network has the same IP address. "

Can you see both routers? If so, disable the wrong one and see what happens. Sounds like it is picking up yours and a neighbors also.

When I look at Netgear Genie it only shows mine. I rebooted and didn't get the message again.
