Resolved Secunia PSI Cannot Connect To Internet

Has anyone ever had this problem of late? I am running version 3.0, and it has run well until now. The Secunia tray icon is gray, and it issues a popup balloon telling me to check my internet connection, but I can access the web with my browsers.

I am running Windows firewall, and my modem/router has its own firewall (Netgear 7550 - AT&T), but I am not sure if the firewall(s) are blocking Secunia or not. I doubt the Windows firewall would block any outbound transmission.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.

Thanks, I think the first option was closest to my issue. Active scripting is already enabled, but I did add https://*.secunia.com to the list of trusted web sites.

Maybe the site was down or something last night. The program was connecting this morning again before I made any suggested changes.

 

Just another example of how finickety programs are... But, all's well that ends well!
