When I open an additional window in IE 9 or multiple Outlook 2010 windows, the pages are placed next to each other rather than Snapped to the left edge. Is there a preference to choose in Windows 7 to force all pages Snapped to the left edge?

This problem began when I had IE10 installed. I thought reverting to IE9 may solve it. It did not.

Also, there is no such problem in Chrome.
