I had a large update download today (about 15) on 2 home computers, windows7, internet explorer, windows live mail. I am now using the second computer and not sure how it is yet. The first computer has several issues, with slowing down, freezing, not opening mail. My first thought was to delete all new updates, Since this may be a Microsoft problem I was sure you may be
hearing from others today. Look forward to your comments. Thank you.

Hi rondom. I haven't had any problems with installing the new Windows Updates. Did the computer have these issues before the Windows Updates were installed?

Did you make any other changes to the computer other than installing the Windows Updates?

Well, after I went back and rebooted, everything was back to normal. All I can think may have caused the problem at first, was my internet provider since we had bad storms and if the weather may have been the issue, lots of rain, floods, lightening. Could that cause a temporary problem? Never lost my connection.

I don't remember if a reboot was required or not when I did mine. I ALWAYS do a reboot to make sure everything took. I guess maybe one day I might be sorry. LOL

Not loosing your connection I would not think that would cause a problem. Don't matter about the rain and stuff.
