Just compiled a file in Publisher, Microsoft Office 2003, saved to documents, tried to access it for editing, got the message" The file selected is not a valid Microsoft Office Document Imaging File, so I reinstalled Office 2003 with repair, after start up still cannot access file same reason.

What file extension did you use? (.pub, .doc, .tiff., .mdi)?

Managed to open files by going to 'open in' Publisher, as described, but I have to 'open in publisher' for each file, these files were created in Publisher so why do I have to go to 'Open in'.?

    1) You're welcome.

    2) What file extension are you using when you save the file in Publisher?

    3) What program do you have setup to open files with that file extension?
