Resolved Windows 7 -windows update/defender not working-not using genuine copy error

Windows 7 is telling me that the copy of windows is invalid. Although I haven't seen this error in a while.

It is a legitimate copy.

The windows update will not work it states that the windows service is not running. Although it is.
