    Which would be the better of the two. With today's ever changing technology I'm at an impasse. But will let you know how it works. Thanks for fixing my double post.

    According to the company card 2. will only work with old technology LPT 25pin parallel printer port the company added further that they never heard of any motherboard diagnostic card that works with PCI-E. Then how does card 1 work. Now I'm Baffled.

    That's why the 1st option includes two cards: a PCI-E version and a card with mini pci, mini pci-e and LPC port.

    Is card #1 the one you would try. I thought that about the two cards but wasn't to sure. #1 was the one I was leaning towards. Thank you for clearing that up for me. It's greatly appreciated.
