    Do you use NORMAN Security Suite? If so make sure you have the latest update/version or else remove it.

    I fixed event id 10.
    I uninstalled Nokia suite.
    I repared Norman. I don't know if it helped.

    After the reboot, i don't have any internet anymore. Next my DNS there is a yellow exclamation point.

    If you still don't have a sleep option (which is what I would expect), you'll have to check your BIOS settings.

    It's the driver that matters. I ca't install it. Code 10! Whatever that means.
    I ran the sfc scannow command, so far no luck. :mad:

    Good chance that only a fresh install of Windows would fix this, since this al started after a Malware infection.

    Or just live without sleep. I've never use it in my life on a computer.
