I’m happy to say I haven’t been in touch for a while. I had to relocate my system. When I reinstalled the PC I picked up a couple of problems.
    1. 1. When I insert a CD or DVD the system tells me there is no program to read the disk. The system knows the disk is either a CD or DVD. I am able to create a disk. Please give me a name of an application I can install to fix this problem?
    2. My system will not automatically install system updates. I can do the installation manually. When I go to change the settings the function that permits me to correct the issue is gray and will not permit me to fix the problem. I am the only user on the PC and the system administrator.

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated!

    Kevin
