First of all, PLEASE don't any wise guys refer me to the Essentials website that "shows me" how to uninstall this. I've already got the T-shirt, and coffee cup. They were NO HELP! Furthermore, none of these apps appear in the Cntrl Pnl to uninstall programs. I've searched for the stinking dlls that they say need installing. So, will someone just please give me a straightfwd instruction on what to do.

    Thanks,

    Nice post.

From this wise guy I will tell you what to do. Download Revo Uninstaller which is FREE and use it. I know that it will remove it. Use the FREEWARE one on the left. If you need more help on which choice to use, I always use the 4th choice as it will get the registry stuff also. Never had a problem with it.

It is also listed in the Programs and Features. Did you try to remove it from there?

What did? This way if somebody else has the problem, they can try what you did first.
