Resolved Monitoring Computer Usage

I look after some computers which are used by a Youth Club.
I have been given a requirement to monitor who uses the machines and when.

I was considering trying one of the free Internet Cafe applications which could be used to monitor which child has used a particular PC and between which times.
Does anyone have any experience in this area? I am told it is a standard requirement when children use computers outside the home environment.

You did not mention which OS the computers are running at the Youth Club, but here is a site to follow if they are using Windows XP.

Thanks very much for that information, I will have a close look at it.
All the machines now run Win 7 Home Premium if you have any more useful information.
