Is it possible to run the old Windows XP through Win 7 style games, such as FreeCell and Solitaire in Win 8. TIA

You can find replacements in the Microsoft store (icon on the Start screen).

    Hi Arie,

I tried, but after getting a Microsoft Account and all, I still can open only Free Cell and that is after having to sign-in with full user name and password. I finally ordered Solitaire Suite for Win 8 so I could get to games fast. TIA

Don't know, but there's the Microsoft Solitaire Collection in the store, works fine on my old Core 2 Duo laptop.

    Arie,

I got the Solitaire suite, which has 74 pages of solitaire games, by name. I actually can't find the standard solitaire game which is in Windows through Win 7. Does it have a name?
    TIA

    Dennis

OK, I just got through to the SolSuite and found out that the Solitaire in Windows is named "Klondike X 3 ", which Means three Cards at a time are turned over off the pile. In straight "Klondike ", one Card at a time is turned over. You never stop learning:)
