Resolved DVD pictres upside down

    Dell Model OptiPlex745. has combo. CD and DVD player. DVD pictures are upside down . How do I rotate Pictres 180 degrees? Win xp operating System.

    What are you viewing them with? Some programs when you open up the picture, if you will look down at the bottom of it, it will have little blue arrows that will alow you to rotate them. They will be fine the next time that you open them up.

    there is no dot or arrow to rotate with. viewing on DVD player classic

    Hi cbumpkin. Have you tried viewing the DVD in Windows Media Player? Do you get the same result?

    When i try to use Win. media player, I get a black screen with an errror report and Question : "do you want to report thiseror "

    Win. Media player gives me a black screen. It will play on media player classic. But picture is bottom side up

    It sounds like a missing codec issue. Download and install the K-Lite Codec Pack Standard. Reboot the computer after the codec installs and see if the DVD plays in Windows Media Player now.

    Thanks so much Mr Omo . I installed the nrw codex and the player works like new now. I realy appreciate all the help you Techs. art giving me::)thr The problem is resolved
