Not sure where to post this. If it needs to be moved, please do so for me.

My daughter had an accounting firm doing her taxes for her for work, arranged through her job. That will no longer be the case. She needs to keep track of the dates she is working in various US States, as well as various countries that she goes to for work. Her company does not supply this capability.

It would be nice to be able to organize in different ways such as by days, by countries/states, months, etc. This was all done for her by the Accounting firm.

Does anyone know of any Windows programs etc that are available, preferably free ones, that might do this for her? (Win 7)
She has Microsoft Outlook and Office (2003 or 2007, not sure which)
but does not want to intermix travel info for tax purposes in the Outlook calendar.
We are not skilled enough to do our own spreadsheet or whatever for this. I searched for templates etc but have come up empty handed.

    Thank You

Since she has Office: Google: - multiple calendars outlook (version year 2003 or 2007). Many examples even videos and tutorials.

Outlook supports multiple calendars with ways to view them. Think a side by side comparison may work well for her purpose.

Thank You both - will pass it on to her. I still don't trust google privacy re using their calendar. but not sure what she will do.
Plan to also keep on looking and waiting to see if anyone else posts any other options.

Microsoft definitely confused things with too many Outlooks.

Wasn’t referring to Outlook.com in my post.

Was referring to Microsoft Office Outlook. It supports multiple calendars.
Many examples of how to create them (really easy) found online or you can open up outlook and type - multiple calendars "“ in the help box.

    jorjab:
Microsoft Office Outlook is the program included in Microsoft Office "“ it’s the calendar / scheduler.

Yes I knew it was Microsoft Office Outlook. She is looking into what to use and I will post when she decides.
Actually I never heard of Outlook.com
