Resolved Raima Data Manager Error

I hope I'm in the correct place. I have the OS XP PRO & I use an Autobody Software. Anyway the Autobody software works fine but when I get to the part to print the estimate each step goes fine until the final word "Print ". A box pops up that says RAIMA Data Manager Error-6. On that box I click on Display & it also says "An underfined or undocumented Raima Data manager error has ocurred." Any help please.

Error #-6 invalid db_address on old NEBS billing software maybe this will possibly point you in the right direction.
