    Hi,

After I "lock" Win 8 I need to enter my password again to resume.

Is there somehow I can circumvent the procedure?

    Thanks

    Rista

Lock will require a password. If not, anybody could just click and get in. Use something besides lock.

    Thanks!
I normally use "sleep" option using Alt + F4, but was dumbly trying to use it more for cosmetics rather than security reasons!
I wouldn't, however, disable it completely, though good to know the right place to tamper with the other settings.
