OK, here is what I did. I went to the computer store to see if he had a case. He had a good used case for $10. It has separate wires for the switch.
I'm putting together right now and am almost done.
I'll keep you posted. Should be done soon.

    Chris.

OK, got it done. Everything works very good. Had to get a magnifying glass to see the numbers for the disc. Had a "not genuine OS" until I found the "B" was an "8 ".

Tried full screen HD, 1080 Video, flawless. Best video I've ever seen on a computer.

I have a WinTV Tuner card I wanted to use, but the drivers I can download from the internet, you still have to have the disc to make it work. I of course, don't have the disc. I have a ComproTV Gold Plus TV Tuner Card, with drivers but wanted to use the WinTV because it has an HD tuner.
The WinTV drivers are on one of the HDs I have but, ran out of power, need to get an adapter (from a white connector to a black SATA). Online for $2.99 but at local store for $10.

I want to try and hook up the drive that has the drivers for the card, then point my new system to the old driver.

The "HD Audio" is not as loud as my old system. Just a little volume to hear good on the old one, with the new one it's got to be up past half to really hear anything.
I have an old SoundBlaster Live but it's 10-15 years old. I think by now the on-board HD Audio might be better.

I find the SSD drives aren't as fast as people say they are. Takes about 5-10 seconds to boot up :)

I really, really like the BIOS in this Gigabyte MB. Very easy to get to, by software!! Nothing like the old stuff I'm used to.

Without a video fan, this system can hardly be heard.

I want to thank everyone who posted and helped. I really appreciate it. You helped make this the best forum I've been on.

I want to post a pic of the system done, so don't close this quite yet.

    Thank you,
    Chris.

Here it is. The case looks big but it's actually a small case, it's the motherboard that is very tiny, it makes it look bigger.

I have the SSD Drive hidden in the brackets, with the two spinning drives where you can see them.
I'm already addicted to SSD's. I want to get another one and get rid of the spinning.

Thank you again for the help. I was able to do it because of it.

Your Welcome. The PC looks pretty cool. Good job putting it together. :)

Make sure you secure that harddrive thats in your case. You don't want it sitting in the case and not being properly mounted.

Since this issue is now resolved, please mark this thread as 'Resolved'.

    Thank you,
One last thing. On the old computer, I have a TV Tuner Card. I record shows and watch later.
What I do is, I drag the video over off the screen, to the second desktop, which is hooked to my TV. I forgot it wasn't with the TV card. The second screen is from my video card, which I'm not using on the new system.
I can't use the new system full time. I wanted to get rid of the old one, now I have to keep it until I figure it out.
Unplugging and plugging in each time I want to record a show.

    Chris.

Since that issue is different from the topic in this thread, its best if you create a new thread in the appropiate forum. You will get more attention.
