I'm working in a school where we have MS Office 2010 and we are having a strange issue with MS Access. Opens, imports and works data then pops up with a VBS issue message.

Staff don't have the issue and it's only some of the students who are affected. I can't see anything in folder permissions that would account for it and it's not client machine related. Screen shot attached.

    Not a common problem then?

Thanks forvyourvvery helpful and welcome reply Arie. I will check it out. However, as some of the Students can reliably use the data and all Staff who have tried it I'm led to suspect the issue is somehow permissions related. Comparing permissions I haven't been able to see what it is though; plus somehow I seem to think that there must be something in the roaming profiles of the affected Student accounts but again Ican't see it.

As usual Arie has come up with the answer. Thanks very much - it did turn out to be what was happening. However, it doesn't completely explain why staff log ons and some student log ons were not affected.
