Internet slow to respond except as Administrator

I just received a batch of Refurbished Dell Optiplex 755 machines. I get on and get windows activated, added to the domain and everything seems fine. It works great logged on as the Administrator of the Domain. But when I try any other user the Internet takes anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to load a page. I eventually will come in. Even when I log in as the initial user I set up before adding the machine to the domain. Any ideas?

 

I am also having this same issue. I have a computer lab with about 15 Dell Optiplex 380's in it, they are two years and about 6 months old. Just recently they started getting bad, on all accounts except the Administrator account. Every other account, when you open Internet Explorer it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to timing out just to load (or not load) the home page. Navigating further is pointless. But the Administrator account works without issue. We have a Windows Server 2008 Domain here, and have a second lab with Optiplex 360's in it that are behaving just fine. We have ruled out network anomolies, it just seems to be something with the domain profiles on these PC's.

 

Try logging on as a local administrator and set User Account Control to minimum.

Just a test, but if it works, you need to find out why it works and then reset the UAC to default, for security reasons.
