I have Win XP Pro SP3 and would like to save the registry so I can reverse changes that might be incorrect. Before I had WIN XP Pro I did not have any problem doing that. How do I do it know?
    Thanks.

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
can be used to manually create restore points.

You can also use Start > Run > regedit > right click Computer
and export the whole registry. (but System Restore is more useful)

I use ERUNT to back up the Registry as a daily scheduled task. Presently use it in 7, but also used it for years in XP.
