Resolved Unable to use link in Outlook 2010

    When I click on a link in Outlook 2010, I receive a pop-up: "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." This occurs from within an email, and many internal links, even in Options. I am the only user of this PC.

    I changed something and cannot find my change.
